Founded by Terry Caryl, TC Municipal Solutions brings over a decade of experience in governmental property tax collection and more than seven years in utility billing and municipal operations.
Terry is an active member of the Michigan Municipal Treasurers Association and the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada, with extensive expertise across BSA Software platforms and municipal financial systems.
Our proven track record includes transitioning offices from paper-based to fully paperless systems, integrating banking and point-of-sale technologies, and collaborating with municipalities across St. Clair County and beyond to strengthen collections and build public trust.
